Do you offer engraving?
Select jewelry in our collections may be engraved where noted. You may include the message you would like to have engraved at checkout.
Can I resize my jewelry?
Please contact our client care experts to discuss your specific piece. Depending on your piece, Oscar Massin might offer you an adjustment service or simply an exchange of your product, as some of our rings cannot be resized.
Our Maison jewelry experts apply their technical know-how to finely shape the metal of a ring, modify the length of a chain, adapt the post or clip mechanism of an earring.
As this service is always undertaken with respect to the original technical and aesthetic specifications of each creation, please refrain from using outside workshops and contact our client care with any questions.
Why do the backs of my earrings appear bent?
We believe that fine jewelry is to be worn, celebrated, and shared with the world. Our medium diamond hoop earrings from our Beaded collection are intentionally designed with an angle that prevents the jewelry from touching your cheeks as you move. Experience the collection in AR.
Is Oscar Massin fine jewelry waterproof?
We use only 18K, 100% recycled white and yellow gold, which stands up to moisture and resists tarnish.
What are lab-grown diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are created using Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), a diamond growth process that uses the highest quality Type IIA diamond “seeds” and grows them in specialized greenhouse-like chambers that mirror natural growth conditions. This results in 100% climate-neutral diamonds with full origin traceability— physically, atomically and optically identical to their mined counterparts.
What is The 5th C: Climate Neutrality™?
Topping the charts in the traditional 4Cs, our laboratory-created diamonds are also individually certified against The 5th C: Climate Neutrality™. This third-party verification reflects the net zero carbon footprint, and the negation of all legacy and current environmental impacts.
What does Climate Neutral mean and how is it achieved?
Actions are considered “Climate Neutral” or “CO₂ Neutral” if they do not put a strain on the climate, i.e., if they do not create greenhouse gases.
Climate Neutrality can be achieved if CO₂ emissions are reduced to a minimum and all remaining CO₂ emissions are offset with climate protection measures. If climate-damaging greenhouse gases are completely avoided or if gases that have already been emitted are saved elsewhere, this is referred to as “Climate Neutral.”
Does Oscar Massin repurpose or reuse my gold?
At this time, we are unable to offer upcycling or repurposing services.

A Sustainability Rated Diamond is a diamond that has been evaluated against five pillars of sustainability achievement and is found to be in full conformance with the requirements of the SCS-007 Jewelry Sustainability Standard developed by SCS Global Services.

May I place a jewelry order by phone?
You can absolutely place an order over the phone and we are happy to assist you with any questions or guide you through the online ordering process. Where can I find my order details?
Thank you for your purchase. If you recently placed an order at oscarmassin.com, we will email you your order confirmation with all the details to the email address you provided at checkout.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from our fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all the order details.
What are the differences between in stock, shipping soon and made-to-order?
Depending on the collection and piece, our jewelry shipping times may vary. The estimated shipping time for your order is listed on the product page, just above “Add to Cart” with the details of your jewelry. You will also see estimated shipping times for your order displayed at checkout.
What does “in stock” mean?
Our jewelry is ready to ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please be sure to check the shipping times for each piece of jewelry on the corresponding product page.
What does “shipping soon” mean?
Your jewelry is in final production in our workshops and will be ready to ship very soon. Shipping times for each piece of jewelry are also listed on its corresponding product page.
What does made-to-order mean?
Your jewelry is in process in our workshops. Made-to-order jewelry requires a slightly longer processing time; each piece is unique. Our made-to-order jewelry generally ships within six weeks of purchase.
How will my order be packaged?
All Oscar Massin fine jewelry is presented in a secure, sustainable pouch and box along with its accompanying tags and certificates.
Is signature required upon delivery?
All Oscar Massin jewelry orders require signature upon delivery. For security, once your order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it to a different shipping address. If the carrier is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, your jewelry will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return. (Additional fees may apply.) Why?
May I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or make changes to your order within one (1) hour of purchase.
Promptly email your request to client care: hello@oscarmassin.com and we will make every effort to accommodate you. We are unable to cancel orders already being fulfilled.
Why is my order still processing?
All Oscar Massin fine jewelry orders require a processing time of 1-3 business days. If you have not received a confirmation email from us within 7 days, please reach out to client care: hello@oscarmassin.com and we will do our best to help. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email containing the details and tracking number.

What delivery options do you offer?
We are only able to ship orders from oscarmassin.com within the United States; at this time we do not ship internationally. Kindly allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Please note: given the unique nature of our jewelry, multiple pieces ordered together may require may not always ship together.
We offer the following delivery options depending on your delivery area and the availability of your order.
Standard delivery: 5 to 5 business days
Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days
Orders placed Mon-Friday before 3:00PM EST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00PM EST or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We are unable to deliver on weekends or official holidays. Please note: next-day delivery is not available for our engraved jewelry.
Do you ship to PO boxes, US APO or FPO?

What are your shipping fees?
Ground Shipping: All ground shipping is complimentary.
Next-day delivery is $30 with signature confirmation.

Sales tax and engraving fees do not apply toward the total amount. Complimentary shipping excludes Oscar Massin for Business accounts and is only available for orders placed on our U.S. website for domestic ground shipping.

Your jewelry will be carefully wrapped in an elegant and secured parcel. Your order can be wrapped on demand for gift occasions.

How to take care of my jewelry?
Oscar Massin maintains the highest standards in design, craftsmanship and materials. With proper care, you can preserve the beauty of your Oscar Massin piece and accessories for years to come.
Oscar Massin Maison offers multiple services to ensure your jewelry are optimally maintained and is helping you care for your jewelry, offering a preservation service to safeguard its integrity and condition.
Does Oscar Massin fine jewelry include a warranty?
We offer a 2-year warranty on your jewelry for repairs, replacements and maintenance. If you believe that your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please send it back to us for assessment and we will repair or replace it as necessary. Please note: our warranty excludes lost or stolen jewelry, damages resulting from negligence, natural tarnishing that may occur over time, and jewelry purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
Can Oscar Massin fine jewelry be repaired by a third party?
Our jewelry is extremely delicate and meticulously designed; repair requires extensive, nuanced product knowledge and expertise. Should you choose to have your jewelry repaired or altered by a third-party jeweler, it will no longer be covered under our 2-year warranty.
Can I use an outside jeweler to resize or fix my product?
We do not recommend using an outside jeweler to change the product. Our products are incredibly delicate and should be handled by our Maison jewelry experts who know our products and can care for them best. Once you have used an outside jeweler, we can no longer offer warranty on our products.
Pricing
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept cash, personal checks or money orders.
Is my payment information safe?
We are here to ensure that your credit card information is safe and secure whenever you place an order from oscarmassin.com, which uses HTTPS protocol to encrypt your personal information and integrates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") for all financial transactions through our website. As part of our verification process, all orders are also reviewed by our external consultancy.
Why has my credit card been declined?
A common reason for declined credit cards is an incorrect billing address. When you checkout, please be sure that your personal information matches the information on your credit card exactly. If your payment is still declined, we recommend contacting your financial institution. Why do I see a few charges on my banking statement?
For optimal security, when an order is submitted an authorization request is sent to the issuing bank or financial institution. The issuing bank verifies your credit card and billing information. If the card information is valid, the bank places an authorization hold on the funds. An authorization is only a hold on the funds for a potential future transfer.
When you place an order at oscarmassin.com, you may see two transactions posted to your account:
1) Authorization which places the funds on hold to accommodate the pending charge;
2) Order charge, once your purchase has shipped and the funds have been received.
Once your financial institution releases your payment, you will see a single charge on your account. If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will be removed by your financial institution.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual U.S. state and local regulations and may be charged without notice. For orders shipped to other states or countries, your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare your purchase and directly pay the corresponding sales tax.
What is the currency on your website?

What is Affirm?
- Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards that allows you to buy and receive your purchase now and pay for it in monthly installments starting at 0% APR for 6 months.
